In Scandinavia, there’s no question that layers are required. Looking fabulous in the ice and slush is a challenge.  Lensed again by contributor Amy Tao, the Stockholm crowd opted for cozy layers that were sensible and bold. Prrrr… animal prints, pastels and perfectly-chic, modest layers were on display for the second day of Stockholm Fashion Week.
